Women's Empowerment workshops are about healing, growth and making connections. Combining The Stevens Technique with true-life storytelling, it's a work out for the body, mind and spirit. Running successfully in Feb and Nov 2022, we are currently planning more exciting workshops for 2023.

Robbi mentored vulnerable women who had gone through traumatic experiences such as sexual assault and domestic abuse It is a basic human right to live free of violence and fear. One in five women have experienced some type of sexual assault since the age of 16.
ECAT
To help a victim of trafficking, we gave her a job as a seamstress, making costumes for theatre, which helped her to go on and create her own successful company. 71% of trafficking victims around the world are women and girls. 1 in 4 victims of modern slavery are children.
Stop The Traffik
We gave stickers to taxi drivers to put in their cars, to raise awareness of human trafficking and to enable them to spot the signs of trafficking and get help. An estimated 40.3 million victims are trapped in modern-day slavery. This equates to 5.4 victims of modern slavery for every 1,000 people in the world.
